What is the Shelf Life of Functional Chocolate?Functional Chocolate is stamped with a Best By date of 2 years from the date of production. However, with proper storage, Dark Chocolate does not degrade and is typically shelf stable for much longer periods.

How is Functional Chocolate shipped? Will it melt?Our distributor has decades of experience shipping chocolate. We utilize a variety of insulation and cooling approaches, dependent on expected weather conditions to ensure your chocolate arrives promptly and without damage. However, we ask that you follow tracking updates to ensure you receive your products promptly and get them into proper storage, especially on warmer days. If for some reason you have an issue with your delivery, please contact your rep right away.

What is the wholesale return policy?Wholesale returns are allowed and will be processed as a credit to the account returning the product provided the following: Items are returned in saleable/acceptable condition POP displays do not need to be in saleable/acceptable condition Items must be received with a minimum of 9 months time frame before the exp. date on the products being returned *All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, based on the net total calculated by the quantity received at wholesale pricing **Free products received during a promotion or opening order will not qualify for returns/credit

Where is your chocolate sourced from? Is it Fair Trade Certified?We source our dark chocolate from a cooperative of small farmers in South America. All of our chocolate is ethically sourced -- as well as vegan, gluten and GMO free.

What is your MAP policy?1. The Functional Chocolate Company (known as FunCho for the rest of this document) will establish Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) for its products. The MAP may be adjusted by FunCho, at its sole discretion. 2. The MAP applies to all advertisements for any FunCho products in any and all media, including, but not limited to: flyers, posters, coupons, mailers/emails, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, Internet or similar electronic media, television, radio and other public displays. 3. The MAP specifically includes a maximum allowed advertised discount of twenty (20) percent off “single item” Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) as indicated by the current pricing supplied by FunCho, excepting there from any special promotion pre-approved in writing by FunCho. FunCho retains the right to modify MSRP at any time and will notify all dealers and distributors of such price modifications. All dealers and distributors must implement such modifications within forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of such notice. 4. The MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which FunCho products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual consumer within the dealer’s retail location. “Retail location” is defined as the physical place or online e-tailer website where end-users can physically buy or order online and take immediate delivery of FunCho products. The final sales price remains totally at dealers’ and distributors’ discretion. 5. FunCho may periodically discontinue products or engage in promotions with respect to certain items. In such events, FunCho may, at its discretion, modify or suspend the MAP with respect to the affected products by timely notifying all dealers of such change. 6. The terms in this document shall remain in effect as long as FunCho has a business relationship with distributor, dealer, and/or retailer. 7. Failure to abide by the terms of this document may result in termination of dealership or distributorship relationship with FunCho. 8. FunCho may terminate relationship with dealership / distributor by giving written notice to the other party. 9. All notices, requests, demands, consents and communications necessary, or required under this document shall be delivered by hand or sent by registered, or certified mail, return receipt requested, or by overnight courier, or by facsimile (receipt confirmed).

How should Functional Chocolate be stored?Just like all chocolate products, Functional Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place. Dark Chocolate can also be stored in a refrigerated area. Dark Chocolate is shelf stable for up to 2 years.

What are the order minimums?Our minimum order is $200 and includes free shipping.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
